Consultations & Estimates
Consultations and estimates are provided free of charge and are subject to scheduling availability. Written quotes reflect the scope, measurements, and product selections agreed upon at the time of measurement. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Orders & Custom Fabrication
Custom window treatments are fabricated to your specifications. Once an order is confirmed and a deposit is received, materials are ordered and production begins. Because custom products are made to order, they cannot be returned except in the case of a verified defect in materials or workmanship.
Installation & Warranty
Professional installation is performed by trained, insured installers. We stand behind our installations, and manufacturer warranties apply to all products. Written guarantee terms specific to your project are provided at the time of installation.
Limitation of Liability
