Consultations & Estimates

Consultations and estimates are provided free of charge and are subject to scheduling availability. Written quotes reflect the scope, measurements, and product selections agreed upon at the time of measurement. Quote validity, deposits, cancellations, returns, and warranty terms are specified in your written project agreement.

Orders & Custom Fabrication

Custom window treatments are made to your specifications. Production, payment, cancellation, and return terms must be agreed upon in your written quote or order agreement; submitting this website form does not place an order.

Installation & Warranty

Installation scope, timing, and any applicable product or installation warranties are described in your written project agreement. Contact us for the terms applicable to your chosen products.

SMS Messaging Terms

The Blinds Co offers optional SMS messages about consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and project updates. These terms cover project-related messages, not promotional campaigns. If you choose the separate SMS checkbox on our consultation form, you authorize automated texts to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of requesting a consultation.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Twilio is the messaging service provider used for this SMS program when messaging is enabled.

Reply STOP to the sending number to opt out. You may receive one confirmation message, after which further program messages will stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@theblindsco.net or (615) 888-0445. SMS delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must provide a number you are authorized to use. Leaving the SMS checkbox unchecked does not prevent form submission and does not authorize SMS. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and record consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Blinds Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
